Here at New Beginnings our Truth Trek classes meet September through May each year.  2019-2020 Truth Trek classes meet each Sunday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  If you have any questions don't hesitate to call 662-895-0822!  If there is no answer please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
 
We have a question and answer class for adults and youth from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM as well.  Bring your kids for Truth Trek and hang around for the class!
 
Here are details about our Truth Trek class:

​Truth Trek 

​Truth Trek is a Bible study and memorization program we developed to provide Bible centered training for grades K - 8th.  Its key verse is John 8:32 "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free".
It lasts for one hour on Sunday nights and is broken down into three parts:
  1. Opening Ceremony: 10 minutes
    1. ​Pledge to the American and Christian flags as well as the Bible
    2. Opening prayer
  2. ​Teaching and memorization: 30 minutes
  3. Games: 20 minutes
​The programs goal is teach and reinforce critical Bible truths.  These are some of the topics covered:
  • Truths about God
  • Salvation, God's only way to heaven
  • What God says about the human heart
  • How to succeed in the Christian life
  • Objections to God and salvation answered
  • Promises of forgiveness and cleansing from the Bible
  • The Bible Test on worldliness
  • Various verses to help Christians
  • ​Verses to read when various difficulties are encountered and life for encouragement and guidance
  • Truth about the Believer and what God has done for them
  • Biblical evidences of salvation
  • ​Think on these things (guidance from the Bible)
  • The doctrine (teaching) about mankind
  • Do I know about God?
  • Do I know about God's creation?
  • Do I know what God says about sin?
  • Do I know about the work of Christ?
  • ​Do I know about the resurrection?
  • Many other  Bible topics and teachings
